Puppies can usually start grooming at 12 weeks old, as long as they’ve had their first round of vaccinations. Early grooming helps them get used to the process and sets them up for stress-free visits in the future!

Grooming typically takes between 2 to 4 hours, depending on your dog’s size, coat condition, the services requested, and our schedule for the day.
The ideal grooming frequency depends on your dog’s breed, coat type, and lifestyle. On average, most dogs benefit from grooming every 3–6 weeks
For the safety of all pets in our care, we require that dogs are up to date on their rabies vaccination. We also strongly recommend current DHPP and Bordetella vaccinations. Please bring proof of vaccination to your appointment.
We recommend booking your appointment at least 1 to 2 weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
We do our best to work with anxious or reactive dogs. However, if a dog becomes overly aggressive or too stressed to be safely groomed, we may need to stop the service. Please note that pricing for these appointments runs double or triple the original cost due to the additional time, handling, and safety precautions required. We recommend contacting us in advance to discuss your dog’s specific needs.
For the safety, we do not allow pet parents in the grooming area. Most dogs are calmer and less anxious when their owners are not present. However, you’re welcome to wait in the lobby during your dog’s appointment.
